Important notes for new clients

To secure your cleaning, we require a deposit that will be applied towards your total payment upon completion of services. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice and do not reschedule, we reserve the right to keep your deposit in place of lost revenue. With 24+ hours' notice, we encourage rescheduling but it is not required to get your deposit back. As long as we have at least 24 hour notice, you will automatically be given the choice to reschedule with the deposit staying in place, or cancel and automatically receive your deposit back (reimburement will be initiated immediately No refunds are issued once services have been rendered.

We believe in building relationships. When we meet for your free quote, all owner-operators will be present for a warm introduction. After every service, we conduct a walk-through to ensure your complete satisfaction. Expect friendly, welcoming customer service every step of the way!

We can come to your location, do a run through, and give you a more precise estimate based on that on-site estimate. If any changes are expected on that quote, you will be informed and given the chance to accept or decline before any services are rendered. If any variation from the on-site quote is expected, you will be informed and the issues addressed before services rendered.
